OUT OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA
CLIENTS
Commercial Property
Management/Client
Definition: Out of State Commercial Property Management/Client is a non-West
Virginia that may or may not be Licensed to do business within the state of
West Virginia but represent the property own of the property located in the
State of West Virginia.
Due to the nature of the Out of State Business, special
policies and procedures have been drafted and adopted due to certain uncontrollable,
non-addressable and outside judicial jurisdictional circumstances.
ESTIMATES
All Estimates are charged a $45.00 Estimate fee.
1.
All Estimates Requested by Out of State Commercial
Property Management Companies must be paid in advance before the Estimate is
scheduled to be Performed.
2.
Estimate fee is subtracted from the Estimate if the Client
hires our company to perform the Job/Project and/or Job Service Ticket.
Job/Project, Job
Service Ticket, Lawn & Garden Maintenance (LYM) and Maintenance Service
Agreement
1.
Job/Projects are paid in full accompanied by a
signed Job/Project Agreement prior to the execution of
the Job/Project Agreement schedule.
2.
Job Service Tickets are paid in full prior to the
execution of the Job Service Ticket schedule.
3.
Lawn & Garden Maintenance (LYM) is paid no more
than 3 business days out from the date the billing/invoice was emailed.
4.
Maintenance Service Agreements are paid in advance monthly
in accordance with the written Maintenance Service Agreement.

AND RELATED FEES
Operation Hourly Unit Rate = $145.00
Operation Unit Pricing
Transportation Fee is applied from the Office to the
Job/Project and back to the Office.
Environmental Disposal Fee
Special Company Equipment Usage
Administration Fee 3%
Salesperson Commission 8%
Office Staff 5%
West Virginia State Sales Tax 6%
City Sales Tax (If Applicable) .5% to 1%
City B&O Tax (If Applicable) 2%
City Surcharge (If Applicable) $2.00
Warranty
Most of all Major Work Performed is accompanied by a
Written 2 Year Limited Warranty.
Job Service Tickets warranties are typically between
90-to-1-year limited warranty.
Lawn & Garden Maintenance (LYM) 0-to-30-day limited
warranty.

Definition: Residential Property Owner Client is a West
Virginia Resident who is the owner of Residential Property.
ESTIMATES
All Estimates are charged a $35.00 Estimate fee.
1.
All Estimates Requested by Residential Property Owner
must be paid in advance before the Estimate is scheduled to be Performed.
2.
Estimate fee is subtracted from the Estimate if the Client
hires our company to perform the Job/Project and/or Job Service Ticket.
Job/Project, Job
Service Ticket, Lawn & Garden Maintenance (LYM) and Maintenance Service
Agreement
1.
Job/Projects that exceed $500.00 are paid in accordance
to the accompanied by a signed Job/Project Agreement prior
to the execution of the Job/Project Agreement schedule.
2.
Job Service Tickets are paid in full prior on the time of completion of the Job Service Ticket schedule.
3.
Lawn & Garden Maintenance (LYM) is paid no more
than 3 business days out from the date the billing/invoice was emailed.
4.
Maintenance Service Agreements are paid in advance monthly
in accordance with the written Maintenance Service Agreement.
